Rounding out the rhythm section with drummer Cozy Powell was Jimmy Bain with a performance that is absolutely essential to the record’s esteem. He remained with Ronnie James Dio, contributing to the first four Dio albums, rejoining for a four year spell around the turn of the millennium, playing on ‘Magica’ and ‘Killing the Dragon’ as well.
