Replacing the instantly iconic Randy Rhoads appeared to be an insurmountable task. Implementing what would become the standard ‘80s metal guitar style, Rhoads made an immediate impact and left a massive void to fill. Jake E. Lee seamlessly slid into this role, alleviating any doubts with the heart-stopping “Bark at the Moon” single.
